Return, Refund and Cancellation
There are different refund rules for different situations-
1.You boiled the milk on receiving it and it got spoilt- there are no refunds offered in this case. Milk is tested before it leaves the packaging unit- if it is spoilt, we don’t let it leave the unit at all. Milk pouches is delivered in insulated ice packed boxes till your door step and we also pasteurize our milk so there is no chance for the milk to be spoiled in the same day.
2.You paid for a subscription and before the end of that billing cycle, you have decided to cancel the subscription- there are no refunds offered in this case.
3.You would like to pause your subscription for a few days due to travel/ some other reason- the total value in rupees of the products you have cancelled will be subtracted from your next month’s bill. In case you do not continue your subscription in the next month, the amount that is due will be given back to you.
4.You have informed the delivery executive that you’d like to pause your subscription but milk was still delivered the next day- no refunds offered in this case. Only pause instructions given by you through the website after logging in to your account are taken as valid instructions.
5.We have not delivered milk to you due to reasons like storm, flood, road strikes, milk spoilage, accidents, national holidays, etc- the total value in rupees of the products for which we have not delivered will be subtracted from the total in your next month’s bill. In case you do not continue your subscription next month, this amount will be refunded
6.No one was at home to collect the milk at time of delivery without you having paused the subscription by logging into the website- no refunds offered in this case.
Returning of Milk and its products is not feasible hence we do not have this return clause in the company.
For Cancellation of the subscription please log in your profile and cancel the subscription.

In the event of an incorrect order being delivered please send across a picture of the parcel to us on Whatsapp or Facebook or Email and we will initiate another order which will reach you within 5 working days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
In the event of a product being damaged which is highly unlikely, please take a photograph of the same and send it us within 24 hours of the package being received, to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject - ‘Damaged Package’. We will send across a replacement parcel the next day which should reach you within the next 5 days. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
In case a parcel is lost in transit or was returned due to the issue from the logistics side, a return parcel will be sent within a day of updation of status (Return or lost) on the logistics tracking website. This new parcel should reach you within a week. If a Refund is required it will be processed in the same manner.
Once an order is submitted, it automatically goes to the packing department and we begin preparing to ship out the product. Incase of cancellation, please send us an email with the Subject - ‘Cancellation’ within two hours of your order.
